Next business day onsite hardware repair, including all required parts and labor.
Accidental Damage Protection for any accidental breakage including drops, falls, collisions, electrical surges, damaged or broken LCD, or damage from liquids.
1 or 3 year plans available.
Door-to-door pick-up and delivery service for issues that require Repair Center attention. A Manage Tech- authorized courier picks up your failed equipment at your site, delivers it to the Manage Tech facility where it is repaired and then shipped back to you within 3 business days.
Standard business hours coverage - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Help Desk Upgrade. (added to all features above for the Silver Plan) Technical assistance for system software – phone and remote Assistance with end user tasks e.g. printers, email, VPNs Assistance with Internet connectivity
Online Data Backup Upgrade (added to all features + Help Desk Upgrade for the Gold Plan) Automated backup of data files via Internet with verification Data available 24 x 7 via any Internet connection Triple DES security when backing up and restoring data
